Retrieve Authorization (EPP) Code
You can retrieve the authorization code for your domains at any time by following these steps:
- Go to the Domain Manager page
- Click the applicable domain name (underlined in black)
- Click the "Send Email" option next to "Authorization Code"
Authorization codes for expired domains can be retrieved by downloading the CSV file available from the top of the Domain Manager page.
A note regarding our Authorization Codes....All of the codes we utilize conform to the specifications required by the associated domain registries. If you are trying to transfer a domain from NameSilo to a different registrar and they are telling you the code is not valid, that means that either you did not enter the code that we sent you accurately/completely, or there is a problem with the other registrar's system. You may also want to make sure that your email client did not alter the code in any way.
