Resetting 2-factor authentication is a multi-step process since we need to verify your identity as 2FA is only useful if it is not easy to remove, so please bear with us. Next time you set it up, we also strongly recommend backing up your QR/security code in a secure place so it can be added to other devices, or simply using Authy instead as that has an option to back up your codes.
