We understand there are times a phone call is necessary, and we are happy to make ourselves available via phone during
business hours. However, over 95% of the calls we get can be better handled
by
email,
our
contact form or
chat. We know that some people
feel more comfortable on the phone, but we would really appreciate you trying email or chat prior to calling. Not only
do we respond to support emails and chat requests faster than nearly any other company, but these methods are also
far superior in helping handle most questions as they allow us to validate your identity, research any questions,
review settings, etc. Most of these things are much harder to do over the phone.
We simply ask that, unless absolutely necessary, you give our

a chance to help before calling. Most people are surprised at how quickly and effectively we can help in those
ways.
Please also note that we do not offer phone support for the following issues:
