To change your nameservers, please go here: https://www.namesilo.com/account_domains.php , then check the box beside the domain name you wish to change and click 'Change Nameservers' along the top. On the next page, remove the current ones entirety and enter the new Name Servers.

Please note that Name Server/DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate fully. We push changes immediately on our end but it can take time for different ISPs around the world to re-cache your website.

This could be due to various reasons. When checking various tools, if none of the locations have propagated we suggest checking the WHOIS of the applicable registry (.com , .org for example) for ServerHold status. This is usually due to some kind of abuse by the domain which means that you would have to contact the applicable registry. If you do not know how to do this, simply open a ticket by sending an email to [email protected].

Another reason why your Custom Name Servers have not propagated is that they have not been properly configured with your domain’s registry. In these cases you might see domain propagation only half-way through even after several days. Please contact your name server provider in these cases.
