If you forgot to enter the EPP code when starting the transfer you will be prompted to re-enter it in your transfer manager page, here: https://www.namesilo.com/account_transfers.php. Please contact your old registrar to provide you with a new EPP code if you see that the EPP is not being accepted.

Transfer status showing up as ‘pending’ means that the transfer is in progress of being transferred into NameSilo. The old registrar may or may not give you steps to expedite this state. If they do not, the transfer can take up to 5-7 days to complete automatically.

Please see your transfer e-mail and click on the link provided to cancel the transfer out, or cancel the transfer at your new registrar. Otherwise, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll cancel it depending on the stage of the transfer.
